Denham & Aysgarth Medical Centre

Welcome to Denham & Aysgarth Medical Centre
Our doctors and nurses take pride in offering the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare.  We run many clinics for chronic disease care and offer a wide variety of other medical services such as antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups.

All Patients have been allocated a named GP.  If you do not know who your named GP is, please contact the surgery to find out.  When making appointments, you do not need to see this GP exclusively, you are welcome to book or will be given an appointment with the GPs who are on duty at the time.

Introduction to our practice and website
A simple introduction is provided under our Virtual Practice Brochure.

We are currently accepting new patients. How to register as a new patient can be found under New Patients.

Support for patient groups
Our practice in combination with local services support a number of important patient groups including older people, patients with long-term conditionsFamilies, children and young peopleworking age people, people experiencing poor mental health and people whose circumstances may make them vulnerable (which includes carers, patients with dementia, learning disabilities and veterans and more). For our whole practice population there is significant information and local support for health living. These groups are not mutually exclusive and many patients will benefit from the support available across more than one of these groups.
